“变废为宝”中国方案“走出去” | 印尼环境部代表团参访城发环境焦东垃圾发电项目

8月26日，印度尼西亚环境部环境治理和可持续自然资源管理总干事西吉特·雷利安托罗代表团一行，莅临城发环境焦作东部静脉产业园区考察与交流。旨在深入了解城发环境在固体废物资源化利用与循环经济发展方面的优良经验，寻求环保领域合作机会。城发环境副总经理牛鸿武陪同参观。

On August 26th, the delegation led by Mr. Sigit Reliantoro, Director of Environmental Governance and Sustainable Natural Resources at the Indonesian Ministry of Environment, visited the Jiaozuo Eastern Vein Industrial Park invested, constructed, and operated by CEVIA for in-depth investigation and exchange.  The purpose of this visit is to gain a deeper understanding of CEVIA and its excellent experience in waste resource utilization and circular economy development, to seek cooperation opportunities in the field of environmental protection. Mr. Niu Hongwu, Vice General Manager of CEVIA ENVIRO INC., accompanies the visit.

代表团一行主要参观了生活垃圾焚烧发电项目，对项目超前的毒害气体分解能力、高于欧盟标准的排放指标、较高的吨垃圾发电效率、先进的工艺技术以及卓越的环境效益表现出浓厚兴趣和高度认可。

The delegation mainly visited the WTE project and showed strong interest and high recognition in the project's advanced ability to decompose toxic gases, emission standards higher than EU standards, high efficiency of generating electricity per ton of waste, advanced process technology, and excellent environmental benefits.

焦东项目还展示了园区的餐厨垃圾处理中心、危废处置中心以及资源化展示教育基地的子项目布局，详细介绍了园区“资源—产品—再生资源”的闭环循环模式。通过技术集成和产业耦合，将传统意义上的废弃物转化为电能、热力、生物柴油等清洁能源和再生资源，最终实现城市废弃物的无害化、减量化和资源化处理。代表团领导高度赞赏园区先进规划理念与成熟运营模式，并表示城发环境提供的成功经验为印尼城市固废治理提供了重要借鉴。

The Jiaozuo project also showcased the layout of the park's kitchen waste treatment center, hazardous waste disposal center, and resource display education base, detailing the closed-loop mode of "waste-products-renewable resources" in the park. Through technological integration and industrial coupling, traditional waste is converted into clean energy and renewable resources such as electricity, heat, and biodiesel, ultimately achieving harmless, reduced, and resourceful treatment of urban waste. Mr. Sigit Reliantoro highly appreciates the advanced planning concepts and mature operation models of the park, and states that the successful experience provided by CEVIA provides important reference for the solid waste management of Indonesian cities.

牛鸿武表示, 印尼政府将垃圾发电纳入国家绿色发展宏图，是对印尼可持续发展未来的坚定承诺。城发环境希望以此次来访为契机，开启双方在环保项目投资、技术输出及人才培训等方面的务实合作，为印尼绿色转型贡献中国企业力量。

Mr. Niu Hongwu stated that the Indonesian government's inclusion of WTE plants in the national green development plan is a firm commitment to Indonesia's sustainable future. He hopes that this visit will be an opportunity to initiate practical cooperation in environmental project investment, technology output, and talent training, and contribute the strength of Chinese enterprises to Indonesia's green transformation.
