双城闪耀 助力乌兹能源转型
Supporting Uzbekistand's Sustainability
乌兹别克斯坦已与康恒环境达成协议,将分别在撒马尔罕和卡什卡达里亚建造垃圾焚烧发电项目。两个项目设计规模均为1500吨/日,总投资共约29亿人民币。项目建成后,将为约800万人口提供固废处置与环境综合服务,年绿色发电6亿千瓦时,项目的建设运行可为当地创造约1000个就业机会。
Uzbekistan has come to agreement with SUS Environment to build WtE PJTs in Samarkand and Kashkadarya. Both PJTs are designed to process 1,500 tons of waste per day, with a total investment of approximately 2.9 billion RMB. Upon completion, the PJTs will provide solid waste management and integrated environmental services for a population of approximately 8 million people, generate 600 million Kilowatt-hour of green electricity annually, and create around 1,000 local employment opportunities during construction and operation.
撒马尔罕垃圾焚烧发电项目和卡什卡达利亚垃圾焚烧发电项目将有力改善当地固废管理现状,助力乌兹别克斯坦实现绿色能源转型的雄心。

近日,康恒环境董事长兼CEO龙吉生博士分别与哈萨克斯坦总理奥扎斯・别克捷诺夫、阿拉木图市长叶尔博拉特·多萨耶夫就阿拉木图垃圾焚烧发电项目展开会谈。
On March 20, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for Iraq's first waste-to-energy project was successfully concluded in Baghdad. Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani launched the construction ceremony.
根据此前双方已达成的协议框架,阿拉木图市将于今年启动一座投资总额约19亿人民币的垃圾处理发电项目。该项目每天将处理2000吨垃圾,并产生约60兆瓦的绿色电力,助力阿拉木图废物处理的比例在2029年达到80%。这不仅是中哈在可再生能源领域合作的新里程碑,也为中亚地区废物能源利用提供了样板路径。
Under the framework of an earlier agreement, the city of Almaty will launch a waste-to-energy project with a total investment of approximately 1.9 billion RMB this year. This project is expected to process 2,000 tons of waste per day and generate approximately 60 megawatts of green electricity, contributing to Almaty's waste treatment rate reaching 80% by 2029. This is not only a new milestone in the renewable energy cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China but also a model pathway for waste-to-energy utilization in Central Asia.

4月4-5日,继“欧盟-中亚”峰会后,首届撒马尔罕国际气候论坛在乌兹别克斯坦成功举行。本次论坛汇聚了中亚五国总统(乌兹别克斯坦、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、土库曼斯坦)、欧盟理事会主席等国际政要、金融机构与环保组织代表,康恒环境董事长兼CEO龙吉生受邀发言。
Following the Central Asian - EU Summit,the inaugural Samarkand International Climate Forum was successfully held in Uzbekistan on April 4-5. The forum gathered presidents from five Central Asian countries (Republic of Uzbekistan, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Turkmenistan), the EU Council President, as well as representatives from international political figures, financial institutions, and environmental organizations. Dr. Long Jisheng, Chairman and CEO of SUS Environment was invited to speak.
龙吉生博士以 “先进废弃物处理解决方案,走向可持续的未来” 为主题发表演讲。他以中国部分地区的实践为例,讲述了城市是如何凭借垃圾焚烧发电在21世纪的第一个10年实现碳达峰,第二个10年内实现碳中和,真正将垃圾变废为宝的同时,实现了经济、环境、负碳与社会效益一举多得。
Dr. Long Jisheng delivered a speech titled "Advanced Waste Treatment Solutions, Moving Towards Sustainability,"Using examples from practices in certain regions of China, he explained how cities achieved carbon peaking in the first decade of the 21st century and Carbon neutralization in the second decade through Waste-to-Energy, truly turning waste into treasure while simultaneously achieving economic, environmental, negative carbon, and social benefits all at once.
