越南金瓯省拟投资超1.7万亿越盾建垃圾焚烧电厂

近日，中国固废网了解到，越南最南端的金瓯省人民委员会已批准一项总投资超过1.7万亿越盾(约合6500万美元)的大规模垃圾发电厂项目投资计划。

The People's Committee of Ca Mau, the southernmost province ofVietnam, has approved an investment plan for a large-scale waste-to-energy plant project with a total capital of over VND1.7 trillion (US$65million).

NamCan垃圾发电厂预计主要处理生活垃圾,其次要目标是发电。该设施计划建在达莫伊公社，占地约20公顷，包括陆地和水域。

The Nam Can waste-to-energy plant is expected to mainly treat household waste, while itssecondary goal wil be generating electricity.The facility is planned to be built in Dat Moi Commune, spanning some 20 hectares of bothland and water surfaces.

根据设计规划，该垃圾焚烧发电厂每天可处理约600公吨垃圾，并预计拥有六兆瓦的发电能力。

Under the design plan, the plant will be capable of processing some 600 metric tons of waste. Per day and is expected to have an electricity generation capacity of six megawatts.

该工厂建成后，将收集并处理来自多个公社的生活垃圾，这些公社包括范文显、新安、末端、南根、新地以及三江。

Once in place, the plant will collect and treat household waste from several communes,including Phan Ngoc Hien, Tan An,Dat Mui, Nam Can, Dat Moi, and Tam Giang.

该项目的投资者将通过公开招标方式选定。

The investor for the project will be selected through a public bidding process.

除了新批准的NamCan项目外，该省还呼吁投资建设固体废物处理综合体。

该规划综合体还包括另一座位于庆阿公社的垃圾发电厂，占地面积约10公顷。

This planned complex includes another waste-to-energy plant to be located in Khanh An Commune,covering an area of around 10 hectares.

金瓯省目前只有一个位于原金瓯市的垃圾处理厂，但该厂已关闭超过六个月。

Ca Mau Province has only one waste treatmentplan,ocated in the former Ca Mau City, butit hasbeen shut down for more than six months.

因此，该省大部分生活垃圾目前被填埋处理。此外，原属薄寮省的和平区垃圾填埋场污染修复与治理项目也已暂停。这进一步限制了该地区全面管理每日垃圾量的能力。

As a result, most domestic waste across the province is now being buried.In addition, a project aimed at rehabilitating and treating pollution at a landill site in Hoa BinhDistrict,formerly part of Bac Lieu Province, has also been suspended.This has further limited the area's ability to fully manage the daily volume of waste.

新的金瓯省是由原金瓯省和前薄辽省合并而成，此次合并于7月1日生效。

The new Ca Mau Province was formed by merging the old province with the former Bac LieuProvince on July1.
