华星东方承建的马来西亚雪兰莪州耶然（Jearm）垃圾焚烧发电项目一期烟气净化工程通过720小时试运行

江苏华星东方承建的马来西亚雪兰莪州耶然（Jearm）垃圾焚烧发电项目一期烟气净化工程于2026年06月19日通过720小时RTR满负荷运行。

The FGC system for Phase I of the Jearm WtE Plant in Selangor, Malaysia, undertaken by HEPT, has successfully passed the 720-hour full-load RTR since 19th. Jun 2026.

该项目一期工程装机容量为25兆瓦，日处理垃圾能力达1400吨，配置2×700吨/天机械炉排炉焚烧线，烟气净化采用"SNCR（尿素）+半干法+干法+活性炭喷射+布袋除尘"的组合处理工艺；二期工程（建设中）装机容量增至26兆瓦，日处理垃圾能力提升至1500吨，配套2×750吨/天机械炉排炉焚烧线，烟气净化延续一期高效处理工艺，两期工程均为我司项目供货工程。

Phase I of the project features an installed capacity of 25MW and a daily waste treatment capacity of 1,400tons, equipped with two mechanical grate incineration lines each with a capacity of 700t/d. The FGC system adopts a combined process of SNCR (urea) + semi-dry process + dry process + activated carbon injection + baghouse dust removal. Phase II (in progress) has an increased installed capacity of 26MW and a daily waste treatment capacity of 1,500tons, supporting two mechanical grate incineration lines each with a capacity of 750t/d. It applies the same high-efficiency FGC process as Phase I.

马来西亚雪兰莪州耶然（Jearm）垃圾焚烧发电项目是该州首个垃圾焚烧发电项目，也是华星东方在东南亚地区开展技术输出与建设合作的重点工程。项目采用先进垃圾焚烧发电技术，将生活垃圾转化为清洁电能，不仅助力马来西亚优化能源结构、推动节能减排，更成为该国发展绿色能源、促进可持续发展的重要示范。

The Jearm Power Generation Project in Selangor, Malaysia, is the first WtE plant in the state, and also a key undertaking for HEPT to carry out technology export and construction cooperation in Southeast Asia. Adopting advanced WtE technologies, the project converts MSW into clean electricity. It not only helps Malaysia optimize its energy structure and promote energy conservation and emission reduction, but also serves as an important demonstration for the country to develop green energy and advance sustainable development.
