印尼机构称将于2026年2月宣布首个垃圾发电项目招标结果

Danantara Indonesia Investment Management Agency for Sustainable Energy will announce the results of the first stage of the waste-to-energy project auction. The Lead of Waste to Energy at Danantara Indonesia,  Fadli Rahman, stated that the project will be built in areas between Bogor City and Bogor Regency, Bekasi City and Bekasi Regency, Yogyakarta, and Denpasar, which are the most prepared locations.

印尼可持续能源投资管理机构（Danantara Indonesia）将公布第一阶段垃圾发电项目招标结果。（Danantara Indonesia）垃圾发电项目负责人Fadli Rahman表示：“ 该项目将在茂物市（Bogor City）和茂物县（Bogor Regency)、勿加泗市(Bekasi City)和勿加泗县(Bekasi Regency)、日惹(Yogyakarta)以及登巴萨(Denpasar)等地建设，这些地区是目前准备最充分的地点。

Currently, 24 foreign companies from China, Japan, and France have been selected as developers and Managers of the waste-to-energy project. They have passed the selection process conducted by Danantara, out of the previous 200 technology providers (Daftar Penyedia Teknologi - DPT).

目前，来自中国、日本和法国的24家外资企业已被选为该垃圾发电项目的开发商与管理者。他们从原有的200家技术供应商（Daftar Penyedia Teknologi - DPT）中脱颖而出，通过了印尼可持续能源投资管理机构（Danantara Indonesia）的筛选流程。

Fadli mentioned that the selected companies will form a consortium with local companies as partners. The tender winner will choose the local entities involved in project development. A consortium can consist of companies with varying numbers of members.

Fadli Rahman表示，中标企业将与本地企业作为合作伙伴共同组建联合体。中标方将自主选择参与项目开发的本地合作方。联合体可由成员数量不等的多家企业组成。

"The winners will make the selection, but we have to review. We have to ensure that they are truly capable, including their local companies," he said.

“中标方虽有权选择合作方，但我们必须进行审查。我们必须确保他们真正具备实力，这其中也包括他们所选的本地企业，”他说道。

Fadli stated that after the tender announcement, the construction process is targeted to begin at the end of the first quarter of 2026. The project is expected to take 1.5 to 2 years to complete.

Fadli Rahman表示，招标结果公布后，项目建设工作预计将于2026年第一季度末启动。该项目预计需要1.5年至2年时间完成。

Previously, Danantara mentioned that there are 7 agglomeration areas where the waste-to-energy project will be developed. However, only 4 areas are truly prepared for the first stage.

此前，印尼可持续能源投资管理机构（Danantara Indonesia）曾表示，共有7个聚集区计划开发垃圾发电项目，但目前仅有4个区域真正具备条件进入第一阶段建设。

The project requires an investment of Rp2.5 trillion to 3 trillion for one facility. The electricity generated will be sold to PT PLN (Persero) for US$0.20 per kWh. One waste-to-energy facility is estimated to help reduce waste by 1,000 tons per day.

此前印尼可持续能源投资管理机构（Danantara Indonesia）曾提及，垃圾发电项目计划在7个聚集区开展，但目前仅有4个区域为首阶段建设做好了充分准备。该项目每个设施需投资2.5万亿至3万亿印尼卢比，所发电量将以每千瓦时0.2美元的价格出售给印尼国家电力公司（PT PLN）。预计每个垃圾发电设施每日可帮助减少1000吨垃圾量。

"Once again, this is a humanitarian aspect, not just an investment aspect, not just a calculation aspect, not just a social aspect," Fadli Rahman said.

Fadli Rahman 表示：“这不仅是投资层面、经济核算层面或社会层面的考量，更是一项关乎人道主义的重要事业。”
