外交部欧洲司及中东欧国家驻华使节一行莅临朝阳环境集团调研

9月23日，外交部欧洲司司长李健带队，率领中东欧12国驻华使节一行莅临朝阳环境参观调研。朝阳区副区长潘泽君参加调研，集团总经理高孟龙、副总经理张艳会陪同参观。

On September 23, Li Jian, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led a delegation consisting of ambassadors and diplomats from 12 Central and Eastern European countries stationed in China to visit and conduct research at Chaoyang Environment. Pan Zejun,Deputy District Chief of Chaoyang District, participated in the research. Gao Menglong, General Manager of the Group, and Zhang Yanhui, Deputy General Manager, accompanied the visit.

在参观调研环节，调研组实地考察北京朝阳清洁焚烧中心，近距离感受朝阳环境在固废治理领域的创新实践。中东欧国家驻华使节表示，朝阳环境集团统筹推进废弃物协同处置，扎实落实减污降碳各项举措，深耕环保领域技术创新，成功将传统垃圾处理场转型打造为集资源再生、能源供给、科普展示于一体的城市资源站、城市能源站、城市会客厅与生态教学阵地，让绿色生态理念真正实现可感、可见、可学，期待未来能够与朝阳环境深化交流对接，共同挖掘绿色低碳领域合作潜力，携手助力生态环境可持续发展。

During the visit and field research, the delegation inspected the Beijing Chaoyang Waste-to-Energy Incineration Center on-site, gaining first-hand insight into the innovative practices of Chaoyang Environment in the field of solid waste treatment. Diplomatic envoys from Central and Eastern European countries stated that Chaoyang Environment Group has advanced the coordinated disposal of waste in a well-coordinated manner, earnestly implemented various measures for pollution reduction and carbon emission cutbacks, and deepened technological innovation in the environmental protection sector. The Group has successfully transformed traditional waste disposal sites into urban resource stations, urban energy stations, urban parlors and ecological education bases integrating resource regeneration, energy supply and science popularization display. Such achievements make the green ecological philosophy tangible, visible and learnable. The envoys expressed the expectation to further exchanges and docking with Chaoyang Environment in the future, jointly tap cooperation potential in the green and low-carbon field, and work together to advance the sustainable development of the ecological environment.

随后，调研组走进“城市会客厅”，沉浸式体验由传统固废处理厂区升级改造成的特色展示空间。焕然一新的现代化场馆风貌、丰富多元的科普宣教场景，彻底打破了使节们对传统垃圾处理场站的刻板印象。使节们围绕固废治理技术路径、园区长效运营模式、减污降碳实践成效等核心议题，与集团相关负责同志深入研讨，交流生态治理实践经验。

Subsequently, the research team visited the "Urban Parlor" to experience in an immersive way the characteristic exhibition space renovated and upgraded from a traditional solid waste treatment plant. The brand-new modern venue style and diverse popular science education scenarios completely overturned the envoys’ stereotyped impression of traditional waste treatment stations. Focusing on core topics including the technical routes of solid waste treatment, the long-term operation model of the park, and practical achievements in pollution and carbon reduction, the envoys conducted in-depth discussions with relevant responsible officials of the Group and exchanged practical experience in ecological governance.

本次调研进一步拓宽了中外环保领域沟通对话的渠道，向外国使节直观展示了首都环境治理成果，为后续深化绿色产业国际合作奠定良好基础。未来，朝阳环境将持续打磨环保核心技术，持续讲好首都生态治理故事，积极拓展国际绿色合作机遇，为生态环保领域国际交流贡献国企力量。

This field research has further broadened channels for communication and dialogue between Chinese and foreign parties in the environmental protection sector, intuitively showcased the achievements of environmental governance in the capital, and laid a solid foundation for deepening international cooperation in the green industry in the future. Moving forward, Chaoyang Environment will continuously polish its core environmental protection technologies, vividly present the stories of ecological governance in the capital, actively expand opportunities for international green cooperation, and contribute the strength of a state-owned enterprise to international exchanges in the ecological and environmental protection field.
